Whether TextCentric converts and prepares documents through its MetaPrep service or the documents are already in digital form, the Adaptive Documents product will create documents that can interoperate and be “menu-ed” with other documents, as well as be marked-up and deeply annotated by every user. Additionally, user profiles containing the mark-ups can be exchanged based on roles and rules.

This unique, cost-effective tool, allows massive document collections to be indexed, annotated, hyperlinked and exchanged, enabling a specific user to uniquely establish individual meaning and relevance to every document.

Fixed Media/Web Hybrid

Where digital content (manuals, memos, regulations, legal documents) need to be pristine, secure and quickly accessible, fixed media provides viable display, protection, and speed requirements. Transferring the digital content to DVD or CD-ROM, or downloading to a computer hard drive, provides immediate access. Allowing that content to be marked-up and to interoperate with other external content is done via the Internet.

The Adaptive Documents product uses a TextCentric Reader for display and navigation.
